Every purchase is covered by a 1-year warranty from the moment the product is delivered.

Vulcan Manual models are shipped directly to the customer, once the order is placed and will take around a week to be delivered. Vulcan Plus fireplaces will take 3-4 weeks to be delivered as each Vulcan Plus fireplace is custom-built.

We partner with DHL for all of our shipments.

EcoFlame does not provide any installation services as we trust that job to a contractor for each individual case. If you are located in Canada, we can help you find a trusted contractor to do the job properly.

Our Vulcan fireplaces are made of high-grade #301 aluminum.

The fuel leaves no residue after use, completely burning off in the process, and thus, no clean-up is required.

Vulcan fireplaces are equipped with several sensors for safety purposes:
Overspillage sensor to control the amount of fuel distributed and stop the ignition in case the fuel is spilled.
Anti-tilt sensor to stop the ignition immediately, in case the fireplace goes out of balance.
Overheating sensor to stop the fireplace from running in case it is left unattended for a long period of time.
CO2 sensor to control the amount of CO2 in the air around the fireplace.
And of, course, the fireplace has a fuel sensor for an accurate measurement of the amount of fuel left in the tank to report the low levels.
